With our formal announcement of our professional status going out each of our individual riders is preparing in his own way to be at the highest level for the coming season. One team issued weapon in each Adageo man's arsenal is the ultimate cyclist CD. Even in the early portion of our training season each member of the team is using this mental tool to rehearse positive re-enforcement in their own mind, something that will be of utmost importance when racing against the best racers in the US and even some ProTour riders!
